Melody Musgrove is the Director of the Office of Special Ed Programs in the U.S. Department of Education. She was announcing a new web site launch in this 'talking head' announcement video. 

This announcement was shot in her office so she had the 'Cat in the Hat' images on her wall. We animated in titles and kept the colors reflective of the web site being launched.

We brought in a plain background first.

And then added images over it so we had a less-busy background and clearer view of the image.

And we also kept the camera moving: mostly zooming in and out and occasionally panning a bit.
